Our sessions are very enjoyable, partly because they are achievable for me but also because you are a friendly and relaxed trainer – even when Dexter is being very excitable and is barking and poking his nose in your face! I feel comfortable with you… being in my home and I enjoy the fact that we can have a chat as well as talk about the exercises. I can tell that you know what you are doing and I liked how you could adapt the individual exercises when my knee was hurting me the other week. Sometimes trainers can be a bit over-technical when they are talking about exercise but you are very down to earth and ‘normal’. Do you know, I feel amazing since staring Herbalife.  I have had an underactive thyroid for about 12 years now and every morning I wake up I feel like crap!  My husband has just got used to me saying so as soon as I open my eyes, I realised the other day that I hadn’t said it for ages.  I was forever going back to my Dr and asking for my bloods to be re-done, but I feel a million times better now.  Wish I’d tried this years ago, plus I can feel I’ve lost weight.

I think I was probably one of Gill’s first clients when she  became a PT. I have to say she has been instrumental in changing my approach to exercise and health in general. I’m not the most motivated when it comes to exercise but having Gill , who I developed a good relationship with, really helped.  She  taught me so much about what works and gave good tips along the way to keep me enthusiastic.
